Tiffany Lee

Personal

I live in Oklahoma City with my husband of over a decade and our three children. Our family loves playing music together, often jamming out with piano, ukulele or guitar. Someone is always reading a book in our house since I homeschool our three children. You’ll often find us camping on the weekends in the spring and fall or playing strategy board games around the table. When I am not busy being a mom, teacher, administrative support, or coach, I love watercolor painting, tending to my dozens of houseplants, and cuddling our fluffy Great Pyrenees.

Professional

I received my bachelor’s degree in Music Therapy from Southwestern Oklahoma State University (SWOSU) in Weatherford, OK in 2010, providing music therapy services to special education classrooms, nursing homes, rehabilitation hospitals, and alternative education. In 2015, I accepted a teaching position as an adjunct professor and onsite supervisor for SWOSU.

My professional experience also includes 10 years on staff at a nonprofit organization, training and directing an amazing team of volunteers. It was during this time that my hobby of photography and art flourished into graphics design and web design for nonprofit organizations and small businesses.

In 2017, I began homeschooling my children and shifted to full-time mom. I teach a mix of classes at our local co-op with other K-12 homeschool families in our area.

In 2020, Ellevate Advisors was my re-entry to the workforce, providing administrative and operational support. With my therapy background, I noticed a lot of crossover in the Exit Planning space. This led to my journey of becoming a coach to serve advisors preparing for business and life transitions. I work alongside our lead coach, Brooklyn Brock, to help support personal readiness alongside professional/business readiness of a Succession Plan or M&A event. Any transition comes with challenges but can lead to immense growth when nurtured with intentionality. I am passionate about advisors and their teams feeling supported along the journey and excited about their next chapter!
