Initial Engagement: $4,800 + Assessment Fee

(excl. Legal Fees)

Our process begins with an Initial Engagement of a 12-hour Bundle at a discounted rate of $400/hr (usually $450/hr)+ Assessment Fees.

Depending on complexities and timelines, many clients choose to continue working with us for additional 12-hour Bundles.

Each assessment includes approximately 150 questions covering 3 major categories: personal, business, and exit readiness.  As you move through the assessment and rate yourself on each factor, you will receive a readiness score per category along with a Master List of outstanding action items based on where you are in the succession journey.
